Reservation

Reservations should be made at the latest on 23.3.2009. Remember to report your special diet and if you would like to arrange a workshop. People who live in Finland pay the event to Peräpohjolan Keskiaikaseura:  800016-71366236 not later than 23.3.09. If you pay after 23.3 the participation cost 10€ more. Remember to report who pays and for what!

Our foreign visitors may pay at the door when arriving to the event (remember also to report this with your reservation). If you do your reservation after 23.3.09, the participation cost you 10€ more. Reservations to: kati.hannula@elisanet.fi   with the following information: Name, SCAname, city, email, telephone, special diet, your arrangement or participation to a workshop (which and when), if the participant is a child and the age of the child.

Prices

Site fee for members 20€ and for non-members 23€. Breakfast 2€/each, lunch and dinner 4€/each and the feast 10€, together 32€. The price for the whole event costs 52€ for members and 55€ for non-members.

Children under 12 years eat for half the price.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation between 24.3. – 31.3, you can only get your food money back. After 1.4 cancelled reservations, we unfortunately cannot reimburse at all.
